Dan Smith has been in a successful partnership with another local builder as part of the Hotondo Homes franchise for the last 9 years. As of this year Dan and his wife Lény, decided to not continue with the franchise but instead have chosen to become an independent builder again, trading as Dan Smith Homes Pty Ltd.

All our plans are customisable, and we can also work from your plans, or Dan and our designers can assist you with any changes to create your very own unique plan for your new home or existing house extension.
